Manufactured 1923. This beautiful high grade shotgun features full matted rib with Meriden address, single bead and standard extractors with 95% original factory blue finish. The delicately engraved boxlock features pointer in oval on left and right sides, scrolls and border engraving, and pheasants on base. No visible case colors remaining, having turned a gun metal grey. Trigger guard is engraved and retains 98% of the reblued finish. Handsome deluxe checkered walnut stocks with skeletal buttplate and splinter forearm with Deeley release. Stocks are in excellent condition, proud to metal with sharp checkering. Mirror bore. Tight as new lock-up. Extremely fine DH Grade.
