Including the three volume set of second edition "A Critical Inquiry Into Antient Armor" by Sir Samuel Rush Meyrick. These volumes feature many plates of hand colored drawings and gilt pages. Original leather bound hard covers; these books are in very good condition with some minor scuffing and crazing to edges of covers, otherwise excellent. This lot also includes "The Armourer & His Craft" by Charles Ffoulkes with 69 diagrams in the text and 32 plates. Some scuffing to cover and some staining and loss to edges of pages. Also includes "The Tournament: Its Period & Phases" by R. Coltman Clephan; also with some fading and bends to ages on cover, pages have some staining and losses to edges.
