Portrait of Present John Adams done in oil on canvas, framed and signed "J. Burke" on verso. The President looks forward out of the frame and wears colonial dress of dark coat and white ruffled shirt with his hair pulled aback in a ribbon. Painting is in excellent condition and has not been examined outside of frame. Frame is part gilt and part dark wood with ornamental aging.
Condition: (Good).
