This keg-lite was manufactured by Bardwell & McAlister, Inc. of Hollywood, California in the mid 20th century. Unknown to what or when this spotlight was utilized but it carries years of history and stories. Many movie production companies used Bardwell & McAlister light equipment such as Fox and 20th Century. This item in particular features Paramount, made of cast iron that is colored in firetruck red with their famous signature on the "red head" lighting and blinders. Includes a concentric ringed pressed-glass lens for soft lighting, a rolling base for mobility and a carrier for gel filters. It has been perfectly restored and is operational. A Hollywood glamour gem!
