Barrel is stamped "RA 9-43" with Ordnance bomb. The rear sight was replaced with a Williams right side mount peep sight. Standard stock has been replaced with target pistol grip C stock. No government cartouche on wood. The forearm is correct. Barrel bands and magazine floorplate are all stamped metal. Finish is proper parkerized World War II military. Military front sight blade has been replaced with a blued hooded long range front peep sight. Metal retains 98% of the arsenal finish. Stock is excellent as replaced. Throat erosion cannot be read due to tool not fitting from rear sight. ME reading: less than zero. A near mint 03-A3 set up like match rifle.
