Manufactured 1908. Barrels features full matte rib, single bead, auto ejectors. Razor sharp legends and engraving at breech of barrel. 75% original mixing with soft patina and some light age spots. Hand checkered splinter forend with engraved Deeley release. Metal is grey patina. Boxlock action features engraved bird scenes on both panels and hunting dog at base. Expertly engraved nearly full coverage floral and scroll on frame and trigger guard with double set triggers. Hand checkered pistol grip round knob stock with checkered side panels. Stock has two pinned brass repairs at wrist. Stock is dull with fairly sharp checkering on pistol grip; rather worn on forend. Lovely case colors on inside of frame and hand guard. Locks up tight. Mirror bores. Beautiful, early, high grade Fox that would benefit from a full expert restoration.
