White ceramic globe syrup dispenser complete with metal pump, "strawberry" is printed in black and white at the top of the handle. "Try-A-Stein-It's-Fine". An early 1900's product of Richardson Corp. Rochester, NY. Little to no wear on the globe but pump shows age.
