Features tapered heavy barrel. Marked "U.S.M.C. PROPERTY .22 LONG RIFLE 6118" on right side of receiver ring. Barrel mounted with Lyman target scope blocks with rear block being on rear of receiver. Oil finished American walnut target stock with hand stop and sling swivels. Correct Remington black rubber buttplate. Adjustable trigger. Bolt serial numbered to rifle. Lyman 20x Super Target Spot externally adjustable scope is marked "USMC PROPERTY" with the serial number 17511 on right side of scope tube. Scope still has metal screw in lens covers and rubber eye cup. Rifle is in excellent condition with over 97% blue finish remaining with only finish loss at muzzle and high point of bolt handle. American walnut target stock has several very minor bruises and scratches that appear to be from storage. Bore is excellent with sharp rifling and proper functioning mechanics.
