The Kornbusch Oberspree rifles are incredibly hard to find. The receiver has been cleaned at some point, making the markings a little weak. The rest of the metal retains a pleasing patina. Matching numbers on the bolt, barrel, receiver, triggerguard, floorplate, follower, bolt release and screws. The bands, stock, rear sight are not matching. Stock has a large banner Mauser stamp in it. Reproduction action cover. Sling appears to be an original. Not import marked. Bore is fine with strong rifling. Good mechanical function. This gun is accompanied by a Krischbaum 16 dated saw back bayonet with scabbard and frog.
