This calendar retains its top metal strip and a full monthly pad on the bottom. It is framed behind glass. It has not been examined outside of the frame but you can see some edge wear with paper loss on both sides. There is paper chip out of the lower left corner where the top meets the monthly pad.

Condition: (Very Good Plus).
