Manufactured by Deutsche Waffen Und Munitionsfabriken Co. for commercial sales in the United States. This is known as the 1900 American Eagle Luger. Features include; round barrel with dovetailed inverted V front sight, V notch rear sight on rear link, thumb safety is unmarked, extractor is the early style, center toggle link marked "DWM" in script and the American Eagle above the chamber. Wide grip safety without a stock lug. Gun has been professionally restored and retains approximately 99% of the non-original applied rust blue finish with strawed small parts. Checkered walnut with sharp checkering. Nickel magazine with Germany marked wood bottom. Gun is "Germany" marked Comes in a fantastic leather bound contemporary case with an empty reproduction box of DWM ammo, pin punch, loading tool. and cleaning rod. Also in the case are two aftermarket magazines.
