Japanese. Made by Yonesowa. Working. When in operation, battery-operated vehicle moves forward or backward as armatures move back and forth and spinning color wheel illuminates. Some scratching to the front dome and antenna is missing. Includes original box with some minor creasing and edgewear. Toy (Excellent) Box (Excellent - Near Mint).
