The brass wheel with spokes, mimicking a ship's wheel, turns freely on the backing. The center with a stencil painted scene of a couple seated at a table in a garden, eating and drinking. When the wheel is turned a brass ball within fall within impressions above numbers. The whole is joined to a cast iron stand decorated with grapevines, with a receptacle from which one would draw cards, "Depose" cast within the base. The base with normal and expected corrosion and rusting, the brass wheel turns freely, missing a spoke, split in the fastening apron of the wheel, old split, stabilized. Overall good condition.
