This is a variation of the Weeden no. 71 engine with built in line-shaft in the original wood box. The engine is mounted directly on the side of the boiler, eliminating the need for a steam line. It is fitted with a whistle and filler plug. Introduced circa 1908 and produced to circa 1912. This is a rare engine to find, especially with its original wood box.
Condition: (Good - Very Good).
Item Dimensions: 7 - 1/2" x 7".
