MT. WASHINGTON ROYAL FLEMISH PILLOW TOP ROSE JAR.Royal Flemish jar, shape #306, has squat bulbous body and bulbous collar with pillow and steeple shape top. Body of vase is decorated with multi-colored rose blossoms, green leaves and gilded stems and trim, set against a background of pale blue and lavender satin glass panels with gilded trim. Pillow top is decorated with stylized floral gilded design and finished with gilded steeple finial. Similar vase is pictured in Mt.Washington Art Glass by Betty Sisk, p192. Vase is unsigned, but retains its original Royal Flemish paper label. SIZE: 11" t. PROVENANCE: From the Unreserved Collection of Mrs. Jackie & the late Dean Ballard.
