DAUM BIRCH TREE VASE.Daum vase has cameo birch trees running from foot of vase to lip. Each tree is nicely enameled in tans and browns beautifully depicting bark of trees. Small cameo flowers encircle bottom of trees and are enameled in subtle colors of red, yellow and green. Additional enameled trees can be seen in distance enameled in shades of maroon. All against mottled yellow and cream background. Signed near foot in black enamel "Daum Nancy" with cross of Lorraine. SIZE: 8" t. CONDITION: Very good to excellent. 50501-23 DAB (4,000-6,000)
