LOT OF FOUR P38 PISTOLS. WALTHER P38 309065 9 MM MODERN Cal. 9mm. 5" bbl. Marked on left side of slide Walther banner, "Carl Walther Waffenfabrik Ulm/Do."/"P38 Cal.9mm". Marked on left trigger guard web "68", stag antler/eagle "N". Right side of slide marked eagle "N", "9/66". SN on left side of frame may have been restamped. Eagle "N" proof on front of bbl. Alloy frame. Black plastic grips. Walther banner, "P38 9mm" marked magazine. PROVENANCE: The Esteemed Collection Of Noted Expert And Author Warren Buxton. CONDITION: Good showing wear and handling marks mostly on frame. Slight finish wear on high points on bbl and slide. All markings clear. Light scratches on grips. Excellent bore. WALTHER P38 N1063 9MM MODERN; C&R Cal. 9mm. 5" bbl. Marked on left side of slide with SN. No markings on right side of slide. Left side of frame marked with East German "A.B."/"9" in wreath proof. Also marked with eagle and crown "U" proofs. Underside of bbl marked crown "N"/"853". SN on front of bbl. Matching numbers on slide, frame, bbl, takedown lever and magazine. Steel frame. Magazine unmarked except for SN. Black Bakelite grips. PROVENANCE: The Esteemed Collection Of Noted Expert And Author Warren Buxton. CONDITION: Very good showing typical handling marks and minor wear. All markings clear. Grips have wear and handling marks. Excellent bore. Excellent working order. 51569-625 GER (300-400)

WALTHER P38 3542 9MM MODERN; C&R Cal. 9mm. 5" bbl. Marked on left side of slide "P38", SN, "ac 44". Eagle "359" proofs on right side of slide. Has writing in Cyrillic on right side of slide. Swastika proofs removed from frame and slide. Orig number on left side of frame has been X-d out. Matching number stamped on right side of frame. 5-pointed star on right trigger guard web. Matching numbers on frame, slide and bbl. Bbl marked with crown "N" proof underneath. Dark brown Bakelite grips. Eagle "88" marked magazine. "1941" dated black leather holster appears to have been made for a different type of gun. PROVENANCE: The Esteemed Collection Of Noted Expert And Author Warren Buxton. CONDITION: Very good as refurbished. Finish wear on high points and front grip strap. Light pitting under finish on left front of slide. Fine grips. Excellent bore. Excellent working order. Marked on left trigger web with flower proof. Marked on right side of slide "3"/crossed cannons/"34" proof as well as eagle/swastika proof. Matching numbers on slide, frame and bbl. Black plastic grips. Electroless nickel finish. Alloy frame. Two "P1"/"9mmX19" marked magazines, finished same as pistol. "1963" black leather German police holster, missing one shoulder strap loop.
