Standard Imperial visor cap for officer. Top portion is all white with a cloth Red Cross in center panel. Middle panel is field gray cloth with a Prussian officer cockade in center. Red piping on both sides of center band. Black leather chin strap missing one retainer on left side of cap. Black colored fiber bill. Interior of cap has white sweat leather and all white linen interior. Very rare original Imperial visor hat. SIZE: PROVENANCE: The Doug Buhler Collection of Rare and Spectacular German Imperial Headgear and Pickelhauben. CONDITION: Excellent inside and out. No discoloration or mothing noted.
