BRASS BARRELED NAVAL OFFICER'S PISTOL BY D. EGG.D. EGGF/L PISTOLNSN65Cal. 65. 6-7/8" Slightly swamped round bbl with makers name on flattened top of rear section. London proofs. Steel lock with serpentine cock and friction frizzen is stamped "D.EGG". Brass mounted walnut full stock. Brass furniture engraved with line borders, and snowflake on trigger guard bow. CONDITION: Good, due to repair to grip and refinish of rear portion of stock, otherwise would rate fine. Light cleaning and mellow subsequent patina. 51127-10 MGM13 (2,500-3,500)
