FANTASTIC LOT OF HISTORICAL DOCUMENTS RELATED TO THE A.H. FOX GUN COMPANY.Sourced by our consignor from descendants of the Godshalk Family, this lot is a Fox researchers dream come true. Included in the lot are orig patent papers issued to Ansley Fox and his business partners dating to 1910 & 1912. Also included is the orig trademark paperwork for "Fox Proof" dated to March 1915 along with a letter of receipt signed by Ansley H. Fox from 1910. Of great interest is also the A.H. Fox gun company insurance policy inventory dated May 1926 valuing all the equipment related to the company and bound in black hard bound book. Also included are the orig mechanical drawings for the Fox factory. A stock certificate signed by E. H. Godshalk showing his ownership of 52 shares in the Watson Arms Co. dated December 1919. There is also an ad proof for a Saturday Evening Post ad dated August 1914 and an orig photo of A.H. Fox Gun Co. display at an unknown exhibition. A First National Bank ledger which appears to be from the 1920's for the A.H. Fox Co. SIZE: CONDITION: Ranging from Fair to Fine. Interested parties should peruse this lot.
