WINCHESTER PRE-64 MODEL 70 SUPER GRADE BOLT ACTION RIFLE. WINCHESTER 70 178295 22 HORNET MODERN; C&R Cal. 22 Hornet. Standard weight 24" bbl. Ramp mounted bead front sight with hood and elevator adjustable sporting rear sight. Floorplate is marked "SUPER GRADE". Receiver and bolt have matching SN's. Low comb cheekpiece walnut stock with black forearm tip, hard rubber grip cap, Super Grade checkering, Super Grade bases and sling swivels with checkered steel buttplate. CONDITION: Fine. Bbl and action have over 95% orig blue. Buttplate is re-blued. Orig stock finish with brightly polished sheen shows a few small marks. Mechanics are fine.
