COLT MODEL 1860 PERCUSSION ARMY REVOLVER WITH IVORY GRIPS.COLT186013177044ESACal. 44. Standard configuration with 8" rnd bbl, 1-line NY address. Made late 1863 during Civil War. Small inspector marks found on most metal pieces. This gun was originally purchased by the Army and upgraded with ivory grips after the Civil War for personal use. CONDITION: Good overall. Metal is cleaned, gray overall with discernible markings including 50-60% rolled cylinder scene. Gun appears all orig and matching with exception of replaced wedge. Ivory grips fit well with patina that appear orig from time of use. Mechanics need attention. Well defined rifled bore. 52552-12 JS (1,750-2,250)
