DAUM CAMEO LAKE SCENE WINDOW BOX. DAUM Daum window box has amethyst cameo trees at water's edge with rolling hills visible at the opposite shore and boats at full sail in the lake. All against a mottled red and yellow background giving the feel of the lake at sunset. Signed on the side in cameo "Daum Nancy" with the Cross of Lorraine. SIZE: 11-3/8" x 6-7/8" x 3-1/2" t. CONDITION: There are three tiny flea bites on the inside lip, and several tiny open bubbles in the cameo decoration from the making. There is a small indent to the outside rim, when viewed under magnification it has been frosted over like the rest of the vase so it is obviously from the making. 52631-5 DAB (2,500-4,000)
