This is a Jersey Arms Works registered machine gun frame for the Avenger Model (M-10 clone) Commando Series machine gun. Marked as Cal. 45 ACP on frame it is actually registered with additional configuration cal 9mm on the current registration form. Jersey Arms Works markings on right side of receiver with SN and model markings on left side of receiver. Included is one 20 round magazine in the magazine well. Please note that this is a registered frame only and there are no parts with the exception of the noted magazine. This is a National Firearms Act item and requires BATF approval for transfer. This item is fully transferable on an ATF form 3 or 4. CONDITION: Overall appearance and finish very fine, smooth lustrous blue finish with some blemishes and scratch marks, but it is the legally registered part of a machine gun. 52939-39 JWK (3,000-5,000)
