Lot contains: Eight pattern 1826 eagle breast plates with iron loops on the reverse, four retaining most of their original gilt finish. The last is a small size pattern 1826 eagle breast plate measuring 2-1/4", retaining both iron hooks on the reverse. From the Ray Bentley collection.
