Lightweight sporter barrel fitted with Redfield front ramp has caliber marking at rear. FN 98 Mauser type action has engine turned bolt body, and has been fitted with low scope safety and Lyman 57 receiver sight. Bottom metal has removable floorplate held by push-button at rear. All metal parts are engraved with 70% coverage large shaded scroll which extends 1/2 way down barrel. Custom stock of feather crotch figured American walnut is uncheckered. Grip cap and forend tip are of plastic. Rifle has Monte Carlo comb, right hand cheekpiece, and has Old English brown pad installed. CONDITION: Excellent, as custom finished. Metal retains nearly all original blue. Wood with oil finish has a few marks. Bore is excellent. Action is smooth. MGM26
