Circa 1800. Pine, dry original painted surfaces and original brass hinges. Yellow and umber exotic faux wood-grained decorated case; pinstriped and trailing vine banded. Interior with blue and green faux exotic wood graining, lid portrait decorated within cartouche. Excellent, untouched, original condition with expected old minor in use abrasions.
