Second half 18th century, Philadelphia or Mid Atlantic Region. The rectangular top above the conforming case fitted with four graduated drawers all the string inlaid borders flanked by engaged fluted quarter columns with turned capitals and bases, raised on ogee bracket feet with scalloped returns. Damage to right upper front facing frieze. Losses to ogee feet, replace later brasses, chest with good surface but in need of professional cosmetic and structural restoration.
