Made between 1873 and 1878, this is referred to as the Old Model Russian of Model No. 3 Russian Second Model with its distinguishing humpback grip strap and sash attachment on trigger guard. Lanyard ring in butt. CONDITION: Gun retains approximately 85-90% of its reapplied blued finish with excellent case colors on the hammer. Back of cylinder is stamped "818" as is the barrel latch (assembly numbers). The walnut grips are excellent. Barrel address is sharp, written in English with "RUSSIAN MODEL" at the end. Indexes and locks up correctly. Sharp, clean rifled bore. Realy tight antique Russian revolver.
