Manufacture at the Nambu Rifle manufacturing company in January 1940. Manufactured with large trigger guard and chambered for the standard 8mm Nambu cartridge. 4-3/4" barrel with dovetailed blade front sight. 17 groove mahogany grips with no internal numbers. All external numbers matching. Magazine is renumbered and is mismatched to pistol. CONDITION: Very fine with most rust blue finish remaining. Bore is excellent, bright and shiny with strong rifling.
