A total of 98 Colt Bisley Flat Top Target revolvers were manufactured, making it an extremely scarce revolver. It has all the features of a target revolver including German silver pinned high front sight, wind adjustable rear sight, flat top frame, wide spur checkered hammer, standard blue finish and black composite checkered grips. All matching numbers. CONDITION: Overall, metal is devoid of any finish and is basically a clean, grey patina with some light overall salt and pepper texture. Grips are excellent. Indexes and locks up correctly. Strong rifled bore with some minor residue and frosting in the lands. This revolver is extremely rare and all legends are sharp. Would be a wonderful candidate for restoration.
