Matched pair of MP38/40 sub-machine gun pouches in excellent to near mint condition. Pouches hold six 9mm magazines, and the loading tool. Tan canvas pair of pouches marked "MP38u.40" and "clg43" with a "WaA866" on the rear black leather belt loops. "clg43" represents the manufacturer of "Ernst Melzig" in Liegnitz, and in 1943. Pouches were worn on a mannequin for many years and exhibit wear to the four belt loops, six pouch closure straps, and the two y-strap D-rings. Very light soiling on two of the individual pouches. All straps are black leather, and all the metal fittings are steel.
