Made by H&R for Hibbard Bartlett Spencer and Company of Chicago, Illinois, this "handy gun" has 12 - 1/4" blued barrel marked "410 - 12 mm CHOKE" on top. Top lever hammer frame is nickel-plated and marked "HIBBARD" on left side, and "MODEL W. H." on right. Walnut grip is checkered. Small forend has spring tension release. CONDITION: Excellent. Barrel retains approximately 90% original blue. Action retains nearly all of its nickel finish with some light scuffs and a few scratches. Stocks have a few light marks in their original finish, which has flaked to approximately 70%. Checkering remains light in color. Bore is excellent. Mechanically excellent.
