O'CANNON, John (? - 1813), ADS, 1 page, quarto, being a 28 December 1787 copy made by O'Cannon of his original survey of George Washington's Parcel No. 1650 along the Little Miami and Ohio Rivers, near present-day Cincinnati, Ohio: "Surveyed for his Excellency Geo: Washington 839 Acres of Land part of a Military Warrant No. 3753 on the N.W. of the Ohio [River].....The Above is first rate Land and is in one Mile of the River Ohio & lies well with good Timber." The copy includes a small sketch map of the parcel. The original survey map and deed was examined and recorded on 4 April 1787 in Kentucky County by Richard C. Anderson, Surveyor and Evan Shelby, Magistrate. From the Walter O'Connor collection.
