Offered is a second year of production 1894 Marlin that features full octagon barrel, full magazine, walnut stocks, rifle butt, and sporting sights. CONDITION: The barrel and tube were factory blued of which approximately 30% remains with some evidence of cleaning blending with gunmetal grey. Legends are sharp. There are traces of case colors on left side of frame, recess of lever and hammer but the rest has patterned out. Brown age freckling and most of the screws have some degree of deformation. Stocks are excellent with most of the original finish. Fine action and a strong, well defined rifled bore.
