Lot consists of: Four plates from four different states. 81809 is from NEW YORK state and was used for the year 1912, excellent condition with the only chipping being right at the upper bolt slots. The 20589 is from WASHINGTON STATE and is dated 1919, it is not porcelain but rather embossed steel, however, the 1920 date tab is in fact porcelain, and the base is a solid excellent repaint while the tab has a bit of touch-up on it. The 16094 is from MINNESOTA and was used in 1911, condition is very good with a couple of chips, one of which is in an unfortunate location. The last plate, 9292, is from WEST VIRGINIA and was used from July 1914 through June 1915, it has are a few chips which have been very well repaired, excellent touch-up.
