These rifles are marked "ARA" indicating a .308 barrel was installed and a 20 round magazine added. These were sold to Argentina after World War II and have the Argentine crest on receiver. These were converted for the Argentine Navy. These are a semi-automatic, magazine fed, near full length walnut stock, pistol grip, box magazine, extended barrel, black enamel finish. Matching number on stock, frame and bolt. CONDITION: Excellent condition. Fine bore and action. A hefty rifle used by the Naval services.
