Receiver manufactured 1944. Completely restored using both GI and commercial components. This rifle has new CMP marked walnut stocks and an aftermarket GI pattern barrel. Metal components are refinished to a military specific parkerized finish and appears new. Bolt, operating rod, trigger assembly, and hammer are all Springfield Armory marked. Other parts are unmarked. Rifle has been built to a Korean War specification. CONDITION: As new as restored with bright shiny bore with sharp lands and grooves. TE reading: 1+. ME reading: 1+. Wood is as new with CMP marked cartouche. Action operates properly. This would be a great shooter or reenactor rifle.
