6" version of the Highway Patrolman Revolver by Smith & Wesson. Six shot cylinder. N frame square butt with single and double action operation and swing out cylinder. The Model 28 or Highway patrolman was a more moderately priced version of the Model 27 with out the finer exterior finish. These outstanding guns were made for service not beauty. Mounted with a pair of Pachmayr professional rubber grips. CONDITION: Bore is excellent and blue finis is equally fine with over 97% remaining with typical slight edge wear. Action is smooth and operates properly.
