An exciting children's amusement ride in the shape of a rocket ship with missiles on either side, a large headlight, and three red taillights. Each rider can use the steps to climb into the cockpit and take a "Trip to the moon" as indicated on the front of the machine. Sturdy construction with vibrant color and graphics throughout. Marked as accepting 20P, this is an English machine, manufactured by Robinson Partners (London) LD, which is present on the back door. Motor has been changed to 110V for operation in the US without the need for conversion and operates on free play. Showing light wear to the paint with a fantastic appearance overall. A rare machine with only a few known. Circa 1950's-60's. Includes one key.
