Tapered round barrel is marked "STEVENS "WALNUT HILL"" on top, is fitted with scope blocks holding Unertl 6X target scope in micrometer mounts. Late case hardened No. 44 action has teardrop operating lever and is fitted with receiver sight base with blank slide. Left side of action is marked "TRADEMARK" "STEVENS" and with patent information. Plain American walnut target stocks feature checkered steel grip cap and buttplate. Long forend has adjustable channel for sling loop. CONDITION: Excellent, shows very little use, retaining over 90% metal finishes with area of cleaning around front sight base, considerably browned on opening lever. Case color almost entirely intact and showing original vivid colors. Stocks have a few marks. Bore is excellent, mechanically excellent. Scope is very fine, a bit dirty, optically somewhat clouded.
