This very well made fowler has an authentic appearance and feel. It features an aged round steel barrel inscribed "Netting" on the top and with silver "KN" maker's mark for Ken Netting inlaid at breech. Early style flintlock mechanism with flat lockplate engraved with scrolls. Engraved brass furniture and oil finished full length cherry stock with carved decoration around barrel tang and ramrod entry ferrule. CONDITION: Excellent condition overall, showing little or no use and with a few light scattered storage marks.
