This is a very special run of 88 plates from RHODE ISLAND. The 1944, 1945 and 1946 metal tabs are included but not mounted, this makes the run complete from the 1918 issue well up into the 2000's, and with the exception of the 1923, 1930 and 1980 plates which all grade good, the main body of the run is simply excellent.
