Carson City Parlour Manufacturing of Minnesota created this remarkable jukebox in 1989. The body is the rear end of a genuine 1957 Chevy Bel Air with a finely upholstered sofa seat replacing the front of the trunk and a jukebox mechanism that plays 45 rpm vinyl records above. The whole unit is designed to rest flush up against a wall. The consignor bought this unit new from the manufacturer and had it on display in his retail store for 10 years, then in climate controlled storage for the next 20 years. As such, it was never in the hands of an end-user and remains as close as you can get to "new from the factory". The consignor believes less than 50 of these were ever produced as the supply of '57 Chevrolet parts became increasingly scarce. The jukebox mechanism is an ES2-NSM Songbird, of German manufacture. This unit also has lights and a siren for "attention grabbing mode" and can be played by coin-operation or for free. A remarkable piece in unheard of condition, a jukebox like this is unlikely to be produced again.

Condition: (Excellent).

Item Dimensions: 54"L x 72"W x 42"T.
