Standard rifle in nearly all respects, save for a special order single set trigger, in the popular large first caliber offered in this line, .45-75. Features full octagon barrel, full magazine, Beech folding front sight, Winchester 1876 folding ladder rear sight, blued finish, case colored lever and hammer, walnut stocks. CONDITION: Barrel retains a pleasing, homogeneous blend of blue and soft patina with sharp edges and razor sharp legends. Tube is basically all grey patina. Flashes of blue on forend cap. Left side of frame retains 60-70% of the bright factory blue, blending perfectly with visible striations. Right side has approximately 50% bright blue with balance blending perfectly and visible striations. Hammer still retains some great color. Lever has basically patterned out with a hint of bright color recesses. Wood is very good to excellent, proud to metal; rear stock does have quite a few bumps and bruises. Fine action. Fine bore with strong lands, shiny grooves and no visible abrasion. Handsome rifle that has been there but hasn't been beat.
