An early electro-mechanical fortune teller manufactured by Chas. Ahrens in 1932. Patrons place their hand on the metal plate with pins gently reaching for the palm, studying each line. A fortune card is then distributed. The cabinet is wood with elegant cast aluminum hardware, displaying nice patina. Wear is visible, commensurate with age and moderate use. The interior has a tag reading, British Mfg. Co.. In complete and original but non-working condition. Includes keys and fortune cards are provided within the cabinet.
