A counter trade stimulator, manufactured by Mills Novelty Co. in 1901 to 1902. The machine is encased in oak with ornate metal plating and a relief featuring the famous Ben Franklin. The five poker reel strips appear to be original to this machine, showing wear. Patrons receive 1 to 25 cigars as rewards if a certain hand of poker is met on the reels.
