Exceptionally restored strength tester, manufactured by Mills Novelty Co. in 1920. The shaft is oak with ornate cast iron hardware throughout, the base is colored in black and the rest is silver. The dial measures the patron's strength from 0 to 1000, the arrow points to the score of the previous lifter. The dial pictures a muscular male with gags reads like "Only The Strong Deserve The Fair." and " It Wont Be Long Now!" Beautiful throughout.
