This is a fortune teller arcade machine, produced by Monarch Coin Machine Co. in 1941. The fortune teller will answer any of the five questions inscribed on the backglass. There are different questions depending on the gender but patron can choose any of the 10 buttons for an answer. The cabinet is wood and there are regions of the wood splitting, some paint loss and a piece at the top is missing. There is only minor wear on the glass.
