Tiffany Studios desk lamp has bronze counterbalance base with a goose-neck arm leading to a single adjustable socket. The base is finished in a rich brown patina with subtle green highlights. Signed on the underside "TIFFANY STUDIOS NEW YORK 4515". The base houses a blue Favrile glass shade in the King Tut pattern. The blue iridescence shows subtle flashes of purple and gold. Signed in the fitter "L. C. T.". Shade is very good to excellent. Base is very good with some wear to patina. Provenance: From a Portsmouth NH Collection. CORRECTION: PLEASE NOTE: During the auction preview, it was discovered that the bottom rim of the shade is ground flat.
